描述
操作隔離開關(guān)是經(jīng)常的、頻繁的工作,要做到安全操作,就必須按照規(guī)定的程序進(jìn)行,不得隨意更改,整個(gè)操作過程要符合安全工作規(guī)程的要求,應(yīng)注意下列事項(xiàng):
(1)操作隔離開關(guān)時(shí),應(yīng)先檢查相應(yīng)回路的斷路器確實(shí)在分閘位置,以防止帶負(fù)荷拉、合隔離開關(guān)。
(2)線路停、送電時(shí),必須按順序拉、合隔離開關(guān)。停電操作時(shí),必須先斷開斷路器,再斷開線路側(cè)隔離開關(guān),后斷開母線側(cè)隔離開關(guān)的順序;送電操作時(shí),必須先合母線側(cè)隔離開關(guān),再合線路側(cè)隔離開關(guān),后合斷路器。這是因?yàn)槿绻l(fā)生誤操作時(shí),可縮小事故范圍,避免人為地使事故擴(kuò)大到母線。
(3)手動(dòng)合隔離開關(guān)時(shí),必須迅速果斷,但在合到底時(shí)不能用力過猛,以防合過頭及損壞絕緣子。在合隔離開關(guān),若發(fā)生弧光或誤合時(shí),則應(yīng)將隔離開關(guān)迅速合上,隔離開關(guān)一經(jīng)合上,不得再次拉開,因?yàn)閹ж?fù)荷拉開隔離開關(guān)會(huì)使弧光擴(kuò)大,使設(shè)備損壞更嚴(yán)重,這時(shí)只能用斷路器切斷該回路后,才允許將誤合的隔離開關(guān)拉開。
(4)手動(dòng)拉開隔離開關(guān)時(shí),應(yīng)緩慢而謹(jǐn)慎。特別是閘刀剛離開靜觸頭而發(fā)生電弧時(shí),應(yīng)立即合上,停止操作。但在切斷小容量變壓器的空載電流、一定長度架空線路和電纜線路的充電電流、少量的負(fù)荷電流、解環(huán)操作等操作任務(wù)時(shí),均有電弧產(chǎn)生,此時(shí)應(yīng)迅速地將隔離開關(guān)拉開,以便于消弧。
(5)操作隔離開關(guān)時(shí),應(yīng)有值班人員在現(xiàn)場逐相檢查其同期情況,觸頭接觸深度等項(xiàng)目,確保隔離開關(guān)動(dòng)作正常,位置正確。
(6)隔離開關(guān)經(jīng)操作后,必須檢查其三相的分、合閘位置。因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)由于操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)有問題或調(diào)整不當(dāng),可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)操作后未全拉開或未全合上的現(xiàn)象。
(7)若遠(yuǎn)距離操作失靈時(shí),在經(jīng)許可的情況下,可在現(xiàn)場就地進(jìn)行電動(dòng)或手動(dòng)操作,必須有人在現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督的情況下才能進(jìn)行。
(8)隔離開關(guān)、接地開關(guān)和斷路器之間安裝有防誤操作的電氣閉鎖、電磁閉鎖和機(jī)械閉鎖裝置,倒閘操作時(shí),一定要按順序進(jìn)行。若閉鎖裝置失靈或隔離開關(guān)、接地開關(guān)不能正常操作時(shí),必須嚴(yán)格按照閉鎖要求的條件檢查相應(yīng)的斷路器、隔離開關(guān)位置狀態(tài),只有核對(duì)無誤后,才能解除閉鎖進(jìn)行操作。
