在使用過程中應(yīng)注意的事項。變送器在工藝管道上正確的安裝位置與被測介質(zhì)有關(guān)，為獲效得最佳的測量果，應(yīng)注意注意幾點(diǎn)情況。第一點(diǎn)是防止變送器與腐蝕性或過熱的介質(zhì)接觸；第二點(diǎn)是測量液體壓力時，取壓口應(yīng)開在流程管道側(cè)面，以避免沉淀積渣；第三點(diǎn)是防止渣滓在導(dǎo)管內(nèi)沉積；第四點(diǎn)是測量氣體壓力時，取壓口應(yīng)開在流程管道頂端，并且變送器也應(yīng)安裝在流程管道上部，以便積累的液體容易注入流程管道中；第五點(diǎn)是測量蒸汽或其它高溫介質(zhì)時，需接加緩沖管(盤管)等冷凝器，不應(yīng)使變送器的工作溫度超過極限；第六點(diǎn)是導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)安裝在溫度波動小的地方；第七點(diǎn)是冬季發(fā)生冰凍時，按裝在室外的變送器必需采取防凍措施，避免引壓口內(nèi)的液體因結(jié)冰體積膨脹，導(dǎo)至傳感器損壞；第八點(diǎn)是接線時，將電纜穿過防水接頭或繞性管并擰緊密封螺帽，以防雨水等通過電纜滲漏進(jìn)變送器殼體內(nèi)；第九點(diǎn)是測量液體壓力時，變送器的安裝位置應(yīng)避免液體的沖擊，以免傳感器過壓損壞。
