描述
筆者使用仿真分析軟件Saber作為EDA建模分析工具，根據(jù)所述的建模手段及方法，依據(jù)案例電路功能原理，建立其電路功能模型，并進行仿真分析，可得到產(chǎn)品正常工作狀態(tài)下的電路各信號/參數(shù)狀態(tài)及特征，如圖4所示。基于故障模型建模方法，為故障一測試相關性矩陣中的故障模式建立故障模型。在本案例的典型故障模式模型和仿真結(jié)果參見文獻。將故障模型置于電路功能仿真環(huán)境中，進行故障注入仿真分析，得到產(chǎn)品各故障狀態(tài)下的信號/參數(shù)特性。案例電路各故障模式的故障狀態(tài)
